Payment

Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and net banking. Cash on delivery currently is not available.

Shipping & Returns

KinderArt ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most parts of India within 3-10 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, KinderArt cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays, or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

All shipping is free for the orders above Rs.999/-. Express delivery charges if applicable will be charged as per actuals.

Cancellations:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 8800123643  to cancel the order before dispatch.

Returns & Exchange :

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, KinderArt has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.

This also means that all the products you receive are -

Damaged Products:

In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on info@kinderart.in within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
